Purchasing a lot for
your custom dream home is possible. For your convenience, the following
team of builders, architect, landscape architect, and interior designers
are recommended. The use of other design professionals is acceptable,
but the use of an approved Tuscany Ridge builder is required.

I view each
home I create as an opportunity for magic to occur,
for functional needs to be translated into interesting
spaces, for the discovery of special nooks, fireplaces,
or balconies that make the home a special, warm place.
A home should
be handcrafted to fit the owner. Handcrafting involves
contemplating every line to judge its appropriateness
and constructing a 3-D model of the home to fully understand
the visual proportions, lighting, and other relationships.
I use old-style techniques of hand-drafting and 3-D
modeling to take the time to really concentrate on the
home at hand and also provide owner's with a good sense
of their future home.
Handcrafting does not mean more costly and can, in fact,
mean less costly when a home design is made efficient
and material and labor costs are reduced. I believe
that a house should be special, warm, and designed to
cater to the individual. However, a well crafted and
designed house should also have clarity of concept,
economy of material, and provide the owner value for
their money. I work on a flexible basis with owners
to accommodate plan revision, moderate redesign, or
complete custom plans with construction administration.

University and has practiced architecture for over 20
years. He was awarded the Statewide 2002 Gold medal
for Exterior Design and the 2002 Silver Medal for interior
design for houses designed at Governor's Club.
